The story behind Augarten champagne saucers:
Originally, King Louis XVI of France commissioned the production of a bowl in the shape of his wife Queen Marie-Antoinette's breast, from which to drink milk. Inspired by this, the renowned Augarten Porcelain Manufactory developed this exclusive bowl for champagne enjoyment.

The noble gilding on the inside of the porcelain bowl gives it a luxurious shine, makes the champagne bubbles sparkle, and keeps the precious sparkling content refreshingly cool at the same time.
