Originally, King Louis XVI of France commissioned the production of a bowl in the shape of the breasts of his wife, Queen Marie-Antoinette, so that he could drink milk from it. Inspired by this, the renowned Augarten porcelain manufacturer developed this exclusive bowl for enjoying champagne.
